TSG wins global award

Nintex AwardTSG has won a major award in recognition of its partnership work with Nintex, the world’s leading Microsoft SharePoint workflow company.

The award was accepted by TSG’s Chief Technology Officer, Steve Cox and Marketing and Communications Director, Carole Beverley at Microsoft’s Worldwide Partner Conference in Toronto, Canada which hosts over 16,000 delegates from around the globe.

Nintex is a global leader in workflow technology built on Microsoft’s versatile SharePoint platform with 3,000 customers in 90 countries and a select group of 500 partners worldwide.

TSG has worked with Nintex for a number of years and grown to be its largest and most successful partner in the UK.

“The Nintex Partner awards recognize the efforts of outstanding Nintex partners worldwide” said Nintex President, Wayne Woolston. “We are pleased to announce TSG as the winner of the EMEA Solution Innovation award. This award recognises TSG’s successful development and delivery of an innovative client solution that included Nintex technologies and resulted in a strong return on investment, as well as added value for their client”.

This is a significant achievement for TSG who were the only Microsoft Partner from the North East represented at the World Partner Conference and it adds to their existing status as a Microsoft Gold Partner for portals and collaboration, one of TSG’s five Gold Competency accreditations.

TSG’s Justin Short, an acknowledged expert on SharePoint and Business Intelligence who speaks for Microsoft and Nintex across the UK, explained the background to the award: ‘We worked closely with Strathclyde Fire and Rescue to implement a system for fire audits on commercial premises. By deploying a sophisticated workflow solution based on Nintex technology we were able to automate key elements of the process to support officers in their crucial work carrying out risk assessments and managing necessary follow up. It’s something we do for customers of all shapes and sizes and is an exceptionally powerful way to create efficiencies within any organisation or business. ’
