Spotlight on…GreenSquare Group

The company

Formed in 2008, GreenSquare Group is a housing association with a mission to increase the opportunities for people to thrive by providing housing, regeneration, care and support and commercial services to communities across Wiltshire, Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire.

The organisation's tenants are primarily those on low incomes and in need, however GreenSquare provide services to a diverse range of customers - acting as a force for social good within the communities that it operates.

GreenSquare Group manages 11,000 homes and employs over 500 staff.

The challenge

Already using Microsoft Office 365 for email, GreenSquare Group wanted to utilise all applications within the suite, especially SharePoint Online, to create an enterprise-wide document management solution which would integrate with its housing management system.

GreenSquare Group received multiple tenders, but selected TSG based on its knowledge and expertise in the housing sector.

The solution

The planning and design process unfolded over a number of months, throughout which TSG met with the team at GreenSquare Group to discuss the requirements and options available.

TSG's Office 365 expertise, and deep understanding of the housing sector, supported the decision to select the powerful SharePoint platform to build GreenSquare's enterprise document management and record management solution.

Both internal and external specialised support from TSG would be utilised throughout the installment, to deliver a comprehensive yet user-friendly solution that meets GreenSquare's specific needs.
