Canvas Holidays has over 50 years’ experience in providing camping holidays across Europe to families.

The company prides itself on offering a range of options, from luxury lodges at campsites with pools and first-class facilities to mobile homes.

The challenge

Canvas Holidays was looking to upgrade from its ageing finance and ERP system to a modern, flexible solution which would enable multi-currency reporting across its numerous European campsites – an essential requirement of the business.

The organisation also had requirements around reporting at transaction level based on the period exchange rate used, while its parent company, Vacalians Group, required consolidated data extracts from its seven companies.
