Recognising our good fortune, we’re doing all we can to give back and build a better opportunity for future generations.
Donating to charities that we believe in
In response to improving health and wellbeing, we are passionate about helping our local communities and fundraising. Our charity partner is Mental Health UK, for whom we raise funds throughout the year. Since January 2022 we have raised over £22,000 across the business completing a variety of challenges for Mental Health UK. Previously we also raised £45,000 over 4 years for the British Heart Foundation.
TSG has also committed to donate 2% of each year’s annual profits / EBITDA to support good causes. We’ve engaged with The Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) to help us deliver this commitment successfully.
TSG Foundation
In 2022, we launched our TSG Foundation, with a commitment to donate 2% of our yearly profits to various charities and communities across the UK. Our goal is to empower individuals with the tools and resources they need to succeed in the ever-evolving digital landscape. We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to unlock their potential and make a positive impact in the world. With this initiative, we hope to create meaningful change and make a real difference in people’s lives by unlocking a brighter future for those in need.
Supporting our colleagues
TSG takes staff wellbeing extremely seriously and has implemented a number of facilities to support this including careful line management, an employee assistance programme, monthly colleague check-ins, and a range of physical and virtual events to promote wellbeing in the workplace.
