futuretech technology: Bitesized Videos
Last week some of our top experts came together for our inaugural roadshow event, ‘futuretech’.
As the title might lead you to believe, this included lots of innovative technology demonstrations, but we focussed less on the ‘fads’ and more on what we know will help businesses generate real ROI.
Our running theme was data. We believe data is the new oil – and those businesses who learn to pull together fragmented systems and disparate applications, and generate streamlined insights, will be able to have a real competitive edge.
By harnessing the power of data, they will also be able to manage the risk that a reliance on data inevitably brings – i.e the cost of losing it. Futuretech was all about finding that balance, what to do with the data you generate, how you can be more secure in today’s world of increased cyber crime, and how these tools are more in reach (and more cost effective) than you might think.
We also had experts from Datto, Sophos, and Boardpacks join us in our presentations.
Here are the highlights of the event, broken down into bitesized chunks. I would just like to stress that we did go into a lot more detail – so if you’re interested in any or many of the aspects my team and I talked about, please get in touch and we’d be delighted to talk to you.
