How We Helped Lincolnshire Housing Partnership

Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (LHP), managing 12,000+ homes across historic east coast Lincolnshire, needed to unify two organisations into one platform whilst enabling mobile working for staff regularly out meeting customers.

What We Did:

  • Built 'BaseCamp' SharePoint intranet for 400+ employees
  • Created 'Round of Applause' Power App for staff recognition
  • Implemented Electronic Data Records Management system integrated with Aareon
  • Delivered desk booking Power App and Microsoft Teams deployment

Results: Staff now access everything from one central hub, whether on mobile or desktop. The EDRM automatically files documents with regulatory compliance built in. Employee engagement has measurably improved through instant recognition features and social collaboration tools that transformed disconnected systems into 'the LHP way'.
