Swapnil Deore - Chief Operating Officer
I've spent 22 years in the Microsoft Dynamics and ERP world, starting out as a developer, moving through consultancy and solution architecture, and eventually into senior leadership. Along the way I've led or architected over 40 ERP and CRM implementations worldwide, across healthcare, education, finance, and distribution. One of the highlights: helping a fashion e-commerce business scale from £40m to £1 billion using the Dynamics platform over seven years.
At TSG, my job is to make sure all of our capabilities - Business Applications, Cloud, Security, Digital Transformation, and Managed Services - work as one joined-up offer for customers, not as separate silos. I'm particularly focused on bringing AI and automation into both our customers' operations and our own, so our technical experts spend less time on back-office tasks and more time working on things that actually move the needle.
What gets me out of bed? Complex problems and simple solutions. TSG has the ambition, the breadth, and the culture to make that happen and that's why I'm here.
