National franchise wellbeing brand
Three agents on one laptop, moved onto a governed platform
They have three AI agents working on one person's laptop and want them running as a proper platform their head office controls and every franchisee can use safely. Customer service email triage and drafting, a commercial analyst agent over their data warehouse, and a knowledge hub for new franchisees. We guide the architecture and governance up front and the go-live readiness at the end; their own developers build the middle.

Use cases held back until deployment is secure
They already know their AI use cases and are deliberately holding them back until there is a secure, governed way to deploy them. We are building that platform on Azure AI Foundry with identity, security and cost control wrapped around it, alongside their own team so they can repeat it without us. The real outcome is that shadow AI stops spreading while they wait.

AI in the product, not just the back office
Safety-critical, regulated, and already selling data as a service, so the AI conversation is about their product rather than internal productivity. We are running an AI session for their full board and moving into an ongoing fractional partnership: consolidating a sprawl of unmanaged AI licences, and setting a roadmap from data foundations through to AI embedded in what they sell.

Two systems, no shared customer record
Two operating systems, no shared customer record, and one in-house developer who is the bottleneck for every question the business asks. We are proving whether an auditable, joined-up customer view is feasible using Fabric, so they can ask questions in plain English instead of queuing for a report. Discovery first, deliberately, before anyone commits to a build.
