A new look. The same values.

You may have noticed some changes across the TSG website and some of our communications.

Today we launch the refresh of our brand that focuses on the driving force behind TSG: our people, our values and the way we work.

Fear not, however; the instantly-recognisable logo and TSG purple isn’t going anywhere. We’re simply adding a splash of colour and bringing people to the forefront.

In addition to our vibrant new colour palette, we’ve put the focus on people, because our people are what sets us apart.

We’re really proud of our people and we want to shout about them from the rooftops. Between them, they have over 1000 industry-standard accreditations, from Microsoft MSCE certifications to ITIL and Prince2. This alone sets them apart, but it’s what they do with that knowledge that holds the real value for our customers.

We work hard to assemble teams that customers want to deal with. Our people genuinely love technology and solving business problems, which makes picking up the phone a great experience. We have people who go that extra mile to help you when your business needs it most.

The team at TSG understands that your investment in technology needs a demonstrable ROI, and our aim is to help you to realise that. We live and breathe technology so that you don’t have to. Businesses are now so reliant on technology, so we make it our mission to ensure you have the most suitable technology at your fingertips.

Our truly consultative approach means we won’t simply recommend the flashiest or the most expensive solution if it won’t work for your business. So, when you think about it, nothing has really changed. We’re still the same TSG that has always put the customer at the heart of everything we do. Now we have the brand to reflect it, as well as a newly-launched customer feedback solution so that we can always keep improving our customer service. Our customers tell us we’re great, but we never stop striving to be the best.
