10:15am: Tips and tricks for getting started with Power Automate (Matt Collins-Jones, Senior D365 CE Consultant)
- This session will introduce the basic concepts of Power Automate, which is the successor to classic workflows in D365 Customer Engagement and Microsoft Flow. This is a powerful tool that can connect to multiple data sources, automate many business processes and empower users to do more.
12:30pm: Word templates – building, automation and branding (Ilyas Khan, Solution Delivery Manager)
- This session will go through the basics of Word templates, a great and free reporting and template generation tool. You can automate Word templates and create them to reflect your companies branding with no custom code; just easy-to-use Microsoft Word functionality.

Word templates give customers the ability to create reports quickly and easily, without needing to know custom coding languages. They can be used to generate quotes or invoices, account summaries, event guest lists and so many other things. This is all done through Word, a programme everyone is familiar with.
