IMPORTANT UPDATE: TSG new bank details (from August 2024)

We have recently sent confirmation to all clients regarding our new banking details. Below are various options for you to verify these changes.

Bank Verification Options

  1. Client Portal: Access via connect365.tsg.com, navigate to ‘My TSG Account’ > ‘Making a Payment’.
  2. Verification Documents: Can be downloaded via the client portal Connect 365
  3. Invoices & Statements: Updated documents will reflect the new details.
  4. Telephone: Call our temporary verification line at 0333 222 8071.

Remittances: Email to remittances@tsg.com
