Bank Verification Options
- Client Portal: Access via connect365.tsg.com, navigate to ‘My TSG Account’ > ‘Making a Payment’.
- Verification Documents: Can be downloaded via the client portal Connect 365
- Invoices & Statements: Updated documents will reflect the new details.
- Telephone: Call our temporary verification line at 0333 222 8071.
Remittances: Email to remittances@tsg.com
