This week we are proud to have announced the latest recipients of our ‘Purple Star’ awards, recognising their outstanding contribution to TSG and our customers; helping us to not only achieve but sustain our ‘world class’ NPS score of 80%+ over the last 6 months.
Behind every success is a great team and the following individuals have consistently gained incredible feedback from our customers and will be rewarded with a Purple Star award accompanied by a gift voucher.
TSG Head of Customer Experience, Stuart Byers, spoke of the achievements, “Sustaining a world class 80% NPS score over the last 6 months has been a huge team effort, however we have seen some of our colleagues achieving some individual NPS and CSat scores that are nothing short of phenomenal. It is wonderful to recognise this and give credit to some of our colleagues here at TSG for going above and beyond for our customers during this time”.
