TSG acquires the trade and assets of a North East-based IT services business, Aegis IT, to further enhance expertise across cloud, infrastructure and applications.

July

Acquisition of North East Microsoft SharePoint consultancy Rocket Solutions to assist in the growth of the business and considerably increase SharePoint and Business Intelligence (BI) skills and expertise.

April

TSG acquires IT services and software company Concentrix to strengthen Sage 200, Microsoft Dynamics NAV and CRM skills.

November

Acquisition of IT software and support provider Gateway Computing to increase TSG's presence in the South West.

January

TSG buys Croft Technology, a national IT services company with virtualisation, VoIP, telephony, cabling and networking skills.

TSG Scotland acquires The Solution Canvas business, a specialist e-commerce and online trading consultancy.

May

TSG acquires the GB-based Pegasus and general PC IT infrastructure business of The Xperience Group, strengthening our regional coverage in the Midlands and South.

November

Acquisition of Kingston upon Thames and London-based CCL System strengthens TSG South, adding expertise in the Sage software suite, hardware and infrastructure.

December

TSG South is established with the acquisition of Southampton and London-based Accounting Answers.

Acquisition of Birmingham-based Open Systems Services Ltd strengthens TSG Midlands, adding expertise in Pegasus software, hardware and infrastructure.

September

Accurate Computing Technology joins TSG North with hardware and infrastructure support.

July

Wigan-based AC Computer Services Ltd joins TSG and continues expansion in the North West.

June

Acquisition of Preston-based PJ Howlett Business Systems expands TSG's North West region into Carlisle and Cumbria.

May

Further growth in Scotland with the acquisition of software, hardware and infrastructure installation business Edinburgh Microsystems Ltd.

Acquisition of Barnsley IT service business Agenda Business Systems Ltd strengthens TSG's presence in South Yorkshire, Humberside and North Derbyshire.

January

Leeds-based TSG North expands with the acquisition of Logical Solutions, adding further experience in mid-range Sage software solutions, hardware and network installation support.

December

TSG Scotland expands again with the acquisition of Cumbernauld-based ESCO. TSG Midlands is established with the acquisition of System Advantage based in Alcester and Basingstoke.

November

TSG North West expands as Warrington-based Forty One comes on board.

August

TSG North is established with the acquisition of Leeds-based Baron Corporate Systems, specialists in Pegasus, Sage and SAP solutions.

July

Clydeforth Digital Solutions in Glasgow joins TSG Scotland, adding hardware and support expertise. David Stonehouse, ex-Price Waterhouse partner and former Chief Executive of Newcastle United, is appointed Chief Executive of TSG.

June

The new purpose-built TSG Head Office opens in Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne.

May

Edinburgh-based Nordic Data becomes the first element of TSG Scotland with a broad customer base of business software users. Acquisition of Hamilton-based ISI Systems expands TSG Scotland’s reach into Glasgow and Aberdeen and forms a headquarters for Scottish operations.

March

TSG North West is established with the acquisition of Manchester and Sheffield-based Orlando IT, specialists in Microsoft and Sage software solutions.

January

TSG North East expands through the acquisition of Teesside-based CPA Systems, experienced in Sage software.

October

TSG North East is established with the acquisition of Newcastle based Joynson Ltd, focusing on the provision of IT networks, infrastructure, hardware and business software solutions.
