How housing associations can power up their data and embrace business intelligence

Do you know what your data is doing?

For most social housing organisations, the answer to this question will be no. Data is everywhere, it’s confusing, it’s messy, and it’s raw. Nonetheless, it’s a rich and vital resource available right at your fingertips which, with a bit of guidance, the right technologies, and an inquisitive mindset, you can tap into to uncover valuable insights.

We’ve recently seen many housing associations recognising the importance of a data-first approach, with an increasing buzz surrounding business intelligence in the sector, but the difficulty lies in knowing the best place to start.

Join us on Tuesday 23rd February at 10am for our latest webinar tailored to the social housing sector. In this session we’ll cover what business intelligence is, why should you care, and how to get started on your business intelligence journey.

Alongside the friendly faces of our housing team, TSG’s Senior Business Intelligence Consultant, Carl Hunter, will be showing real data in action through a live arrears data demo and will take you through basic business intelligence principles you should consider when implementing a data strategy.
