About This Webinar

Most housing associations have data in multiple systems, often split between cloud and on-premises environments. Your housing management platform holds one piece of the picture, your finance system holds another, and your compliance tools hold a third. When the board asks for a single view across all of them, someone spends hours pulling spreadsheets together manually.

It doesn't have to work that way. Southside Housing Association faced the same challenge, with core data spread across a mix of cloud and on-premises systems, including Rubixx, OpenAccounts, and CPL. Working with TSG, they stood up a secure Microsoft Fabric data platform that connected all three systems into a single reporting layer, with automated pipelines and Power BI dashboards delivering insight immediately.

In this session, Carl Hunter, Data and Analytics Solutions Architect at TSG, will walk through exactly what was built, how it works, and what it means for housing associations dealing with the same problem. Euan Macdonald and Rory Mitchell from Southside Housing Association will share their experience first-hand.
