Tell us a little about your professional history & how you came to be CEO at TSG

I have had the good fortune of working at the sharp end of some complex and innovative companies delivering transformation programmes in the Tech, Education and Healthcare industries. Some great leaders and peers have taught me how to build a balanced team culture. One that aspires to bold goals with purpose, driving outcomes for customers, employees, and stakeholders in alignment.

I transferred this and more of what I learned through to my initial projects’ role at TSG. This grew to a business transformation programme and then with board backing to an executive role on what felt like a natural gradient to keep TSG’s transformation going. I take great pride in leading such an engaged and talented team.

What is the most rewarding part about your role and working at TSG?

Getting results. Seeing incremental improvements in customer feedback, financials, and employee feedback whilst ‘doing the right thing’ is immensely satisfying.

Away from work, what do you enjoy doing?

Having a young family including 3 boys is full on, frustrating, fantastic, and normally all of these at once. In the brief moments when we can meet, I have a close group of friends who keep my feet on the ground. I really enjoy watching overcomplicated live sports such as Formula 1 and American Football. I like a good book and I can’t help tinkering with geeky tech that won’t be useful for years.
