Board of governance
Like many housing associations, GreenSquare Group comprises of a number of separate companies. Each company has its own board with a variety of governance and reporting requirements.
Managing these requirements was becoming increasingly complex and time-consuming using a combination of spreadsheets and email communications.
By combining SharePoint, Flow and Planner – all standard elements of Office 365 – TSG built an automated solution notifying the relevant board representative of their due tasks.
The list of tasks is held in a single SharePoint list and each board has a dedicated Planner environment. Tasks are scheduled to the relevant Planner and assigned to specific individuals using Flow, triggered by key dates.
Planner allows the status of the tasks to be monitored, managed and tracked to completion.
