I started with TSG when I was 18 years old, straight out of a retail. I had always wanted to work in an office & I loved Customer Service, so a job in Call Control fitted perfect, I still had the day to day interaction with people but with a new challenge.
I was in the Call Control department for 9 years I worked my way through Call Logging, Field Scheduling to Parts Buying. Parts buying involved me being more involved with Technical Engineers & learning a lot more with regards to what TSG Sold & Supported. It got me hooked – any free time I had at work was spent asking questions, trying to get involved in things being fixed or just being annoying with the ‘what’s that or can you show me’
After 9 years in Call Control it was definitely time for me to move on, I loved working at TSG so really didn’t want to leave & TSG really is about the people you work with. So when an opportunity came up for a role as a SystemCare Consultant I thought why not!
TSG took the chance on me & I’ve enjoyed every second. I still get the day to day interaction with customers but this time I get to fix things… I have been able to go on internal training courses for Office 365, I have gained my Sophos Accreditations & there is a lot more to come.
TSG have definitely supported my aspirations in becoming a Support Engineer & I am now on the career path that I have wanted for a long time.
